Mitch Clark spotlight
We are not Mitch Clark. But we'll tell you who he is. Mitch Clark is an amazing local musician who performs all over America, at universities, events, and amazing getaways. Mitch Clark is the type of person who enjoys learning new things and perfecting them months later. His music journey is certainly an example of that. He started playing guitar in 2009 and has since won the APCA's 2015 Entertainer of the Year and Male Solo Performer of the Year, as well as Campus Activities Magazine 2015 Readers' Choice Award "Fastest Rising Star"! But don't just take their word for it, Mel B (Scary Spice of the Spice Girls) said after hearing Mitch play, (read in your best British accent) “Really nice! I could see myself riding down the road listening to you on my radio.”
After Mitch contacted us to create his new website, we set up our initial client meeting over Skype (technology is fantastic), where we discussed the creative brief, sample content, and branding questionnaire (three documents we use to help guide our clients' vision in our creation of their website). We were stoked to begin the process with our first musician!
First thing's first, we designed a brand new logo:
After multiple rounds of edits and minor visual adjustments, both Mitch and nineteen54 were happy with the end result. That logo was then used to create new marketing collateral, like stickers and business cards.
Once the logo creation was complete we took it to the website and built from there.
Remember the creative brief, sample content, and branding questionnaire we talked about above? We used that information to capture the look and feel Mitch wanted while also presenting the information his audience needs. As it got closer to the launch date we asked Mitch to do a walkthrough and give us feedback for his site. We took his feedback, made some minor adjustments, and finalized the website that we both are excited to share!
Working for a musician was exciting! Mitch has style, personality, is active on social media, and looks like a rockstar. This all led to what is now iammitchclark.com. Check out his music and go see him live! He has some upcoming shows today at the Auburn Hills Golf Course in Riner from 8 - 10 PM and on July 12th at Awful Arthur's in Roanoke from 6:00 - 9:00!
